How does a true believer come to atheism? Understand Stephen's
path, backed by archived exchanges with two former pastors and one
retired Episcopal bishop, as well as an evolutionary biologist--all in
order to share with Christian believers exactly how and why some people
stop believing. Wouldn't believers want to fully understand that
process? Perhaps save others from it? Of course Steve's goal is not
that, but rather is mutual understanding--as the first step toward
tolerant, peaceful, and respectful interactions. He understands the
