President Obama spoke with reporters in the White House Press Briefing Room, where he announced he spoke on the phone with Iranian President Hasan Rouhani. It was the first time leaders from the U.S. and Iran have spoken directly with each other since 1979. President Obama also spoke about the continuing resolution to fund the government.
