Groups sue Florida's private school voucher program - Tallahassee News | ABC 27 WTXL: News

It alleges the tax credit diverts funds that would otherwise support those children's education in the public school system. The program offers tax credits to companies that contribute money that ultimately is used to pay for children to attend private schools. Also, the lawsuit takes issue with the program sending money to religious schools.
