And so, Scotland will not go.  There’s still a United Kingdom.  The Union Jack will have its blue and white.  But what an interesting week it’s been in the British Isles.  In the USA, Congress votes money for Syrian rebels.  House and Senate.  But with lots of qualms.  Dissenters.  Australia sees a beheading threat.  China’s Alibaba goes to market on Wall Street.  Hillary Clinton goes to Iowa.  Chris Christie to New Hampshire.  Ebola, still climbing.  The NFL still struggling with domestic issues.  This hour, On Point:  Our weekly news roundtable goes behind the headlines. / Tom Ashbrook
