Crude oil is being transported across North America in tanker cars that aren't designed for oil

...this is why they keep exploding when they derail (like in W.Va on Monday)... U.S. has seen a 400 percent increase in crude oil transportation. So why don't we have rail cars that are designed to carry it?  Read more
