The presidents of China and the United States meet in California next week. That should be an interesting get-together.
Reports this week accuse Chinese hackers of stealing the blueprints
of more than two dozen critical American weapons systems. That’s a lot
of military capacity and many years and billions of dollars, effectively
stolen.
At the same time, these are giant economic partners. It’s not like
the Cold War. My guest calls this relationship a “cool war.” A lot to
gain. A lot to lose.
