more sodium than they should, according to a report from the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention released Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012. Most of
the sodium comes from common restaurant or grocery store items. Health
officials say most Americans get too much salt, mostly from processed
and restaurant foods -- not added from the salt shaker.
