In another clip from a January episode of the BBC's The Big Questions, Taiwo Adeuyi says humanists, who earlier in the episode he said he views as 'demonic', shouldn't have the legal right to humanist, non-religious marriages -- and also says he thinks evolution is a lie! Comedian Kate Smurthwaite, a patron of the British Humanist Association, makes a brilliant case for why humanists like religious people should have the right to legal weddings which match their worldviews, and shows how deeply ironic it is that humanists should be accused of 'shoving their beliefs' on people by simply wanting to celebrate the love of two people and live meaningful, ethical lives in this one life we have.
